However, during high-traffic times, it may take up to 24 hours to deliver the gift card to your email inbox. If you still do not see your gift card 24 hours after withdrawing your earnings, you can locate it in the Ibotta app by following the steps below. |
How do I locate my gift cards in the Ibotta app?
All of your gift card withdrawals are located in one convenient spot. To locate your gift card, please follow the instructions below:
- Tap the Profile dropdown menu on the top left corner of the home page
- Tap Profile
- Tap My gift cards
- Locate the correct gift card and tap to view details
Here you will be able to view the gift card amount, barcode, number, and PIN (if needed). You can also text or email the gift card by tapping the share button in the top right corner.
Why didn't I receive my gift card in my email inbox?
If you do not receive your gift card in your email inbox, we suggest first checking the email address of your Ibotta account that we have on file.
To check the email address of your Ibotta account in the app:
- Tap Profile
- Tap Settings
- Tap Update Profile
- Verify that the email address we have on file is correct
