Help: I am having trouble linking my PayPal account to Ibotta.

Let's check a few things to help get your PayPal account linked. Here are some troubleshooting steps to get your PayPal account linked to your Ibotta account.

 

Do you have the correct payment account information?

    • Be sure you logged into PayPal using your correct account information including password. 
    • It is also important that you tap Agree to linking your PayPal with your Ibotta account during this process.

Do you have the correct email address?

    • Check the spelling of your PayPal email address to ensure that you have entered the correct information.

 

Are you having connectivity issues?

    • If the app is timing out or continuously loading, try again in an hour or so.
