Please submit a request to our Care Team to change the current phone number that is linked to your Ibotta account.
When you submit a request to change the phone number linked to your account, please include your currently linked number in the description so that our Care Team can verify and remove the number. Once the number is removed by our Care Team, you can link your new number in the app. Here’s how:
- Go to “Verify device” on the Account tab.
- Select the “Link your phone number” option.
- Enter your new number.
- Enter the verification code you received on your phone.
- Tap on “Verify”.
Please note: If you cannot remember the currently linked number, we will be unable to make changes to your account.
