How do I change the phone number linked to my Ibotta account?

Please submit a request to our Care Team to change the current phone number that is linked to your Ibotta account.

When you submit a request to change the phone number linked to your account, please include your currently linked number in the description so that our Care Team can verify and remove the number. Once the number is removed by our Care Team, you can link your new number in the app. Here’s how:

1. Tap Verify device on the Account tab.
2. Tap Link your phone number.
3. Enter your new number.
4. Enter the verification code you received on your phone.
5. Tap Verify

Please note: If you can't remember the currently linked number, we'll be unable to make changes to your account.
