Need to reference something you sent to Ibotta Care? When you submit a support request to Ibotta Care, any photos, screenshots, or files you attach are saved to your ticket. You can access them by logging into the Ibotta Help Center.
Here’s how to view your ticket and attachments
- Go to help.ibotta.com and sign in with your Ibotta account credentials.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner and click My Activities.
- Find the ticket you're looking for and click to open it.
- Scroll through the conversation to find any attachments you or the Ibotta Care team shared. Attachments will appear as clickable links or thumbnails within the message thread.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure you're signed in to the same account you used when you submitted your request.
- If you submitted your ticket as a guest, it may not be saved in your profile.
- Can't find your ticket? Try checking your email for a confirmation from Ibotta Care — it will include your ticket number and a direct link.
