When you confirm the email address on your account, you will be able to withdraw funds from your account.
If you are attempting to confirm the email address on your account and are not receiving the email to confirm, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that you have accepted emails from the domain @ibotta.com. You can also whitelist this domain through your email provider.
- If you are still not receiving the email to confirm your account, there may be a block or hold on your email address preventing the email from getting to you. Please write the Care Team who can manually remove the blocks from your email and resend you the confirmation email.
- Once you receive the confirmation email and confirm your account, you will be able to withdraw your earnings.
