Link your store account
From the Giant Eagle retailer page within the Ibotta app, tap Link account.
- Sign in to your myPerks store account
- If you don’t already have one, you can sign up through Giant Eagle’s website.
- Once you've successfully signed into your myPerks store account, you'll be redirected back to Ibotta and see a confirmation that you're successfully linked.
That's it — you’re successfully linked to Ibotta!
How to shop
1. Add your offers.
For in-store or online grocery offers, navigate to the Giant Eagle retailer and add (+) Giant Eagle offers to Your list before shopping.
2. Shop for your offers.
3. Complete your purchase.
For in-store purchases, scan your physical or digital myPerks loyalty card at checkout. For online or grocery pickup & delivery purchases, ensure you’re logged into your linked myPerks store account before completing your purchase.
4. Get cash back.
Product offer cash back will be added to your account within 72 hours of receiving your grocery pickup & delivery purchase or in-store checkout. Cash back timing is subject to change.
Additionally, bonus cash back will be issued according to the time your order was placed—check your order status for any order updates.

Q: Will I be able to submit an in-store paper receipt?
A: Submitting in-store paper receipts to Giant Eagle for cash back will be permanently unavailable beginning 7/1/26. To continue earning, please ensure you’re using the most recent version of the app and link your Giant Eagle store account today. We’ll do all the work!
Q: Why am I seeing an error message when I try to link my myPerks store account?
A: If you are seeing an error message when you are trying to link your myPerks store account, please try the following:
- Verify that you've already created a myPerks account. If you don't already have one, you'll want to create one. You can create one from the Giant Eagle website and tap Enroll Now.
- Verify that you're entering your correct myPerks login credentials.
Q: Can I link my myPerks store account to more than one Ibotta account?
A: Unfortunately, only one myPerks store account can be linked to one Ibotta account at a time. If you see an error informing you that your myPerks store account is already linked to an Ibotta account, you have two options:
- You can simply create a new myPerks store account and link it to your Ibotta account. Please be sure that you're creating a new account using an email address not already associated with a myPerks account.
- If your myPerks store account is currently linked to another Ibotta account, you can unlink and then re-link to your desired Ibotta account.
Q: My store account shows that it's linked, but I'm not seeing cash back on my purchases.
A: Please verify that you met the following criteria:
- Your myPerks store account was linked before the purchase, not after.
- If you went shopping in-store, you scanned your physical or digital myPerks loyalty card at checkout.
- If you went shopping online, you were logged into your linked myPerks store account when you placed the order.
