How to claim missing cash back for in-app receipt submissions
You can claim your missing cash once per purchase within 7 days from the date printed on your paper receipt. Here's how:

Review can take up to 24 hours—check back in the app for transaction updates. If the product is accepted, the offer and eligible bonus cash back will be added to your earnings. Please note, you can't claim missing cash for loyalty transactions or receipt submissions that require a barcode scan.

How to claim missing cash back for loyalty purchases
What is the Recent purchases section for?
If you've recently shopped with Ibotta using a loyalty account, you may see your transaction appear under Recent purchases on your Earnings page.
If you missed adding an offer before checking out, you could be alerted to claim your missing cash back.
- Tap the transaction under Recent purchases
- Tap Add offers
- Add the eligible offers (+) under Offers found
- Tap Submit offers
