In the Ibotta app, search for Sam's Club and tap In-store for how you want to shop. -
Add offers
Browse and tap (+) to add your offers to Your list. -
Shop for your offers
Shop in-store and check out as you normally do, then submit your in-store paper receipt in the app. -
Get cash back
Earn cash back on eligible items within 72 hours.

How to shop online

Find Sam's Club Online
In the Ibotta app, search for Sam's Club and tap Online for how you want to shop. -
Browse offers
Browse to find storewide and item offers.

Add Offers
Tap (+) next to each item to add it to Your list. -
Tap shop
Tap Shop SamsClub.com at the bottom of the retailer page or tap Shop next to the item offer. (You don’t need to tap Shop for each item.) -
Get cash back
This will direct you to SamsClub.com or your Sam’s Club app where you can shop and check out like normal. Pending periods for offers can take longer than 7 days and, in some cases, up to 90 days. Cash back on eligible items and storewide purchases will be added to your earnings once the pending period is complete.
Unfortunately, purchases made using Scan & Go aren't eligible for Sam’s Club Online storewide % offer cash back. Offers available on the Sam’s Club In-store retailer page require an in-store paper receipt submission and won't be eligible for redemption using Scan & Go.
Food and perishable items, unless they're Member’s Mark brand products, are also excluded from Sam’s Club Online offer cash back. To ensure you receive your cash back, we recommend keeping those items in separate orders.

Grocery offers redeemed on the Sam's Club In-store retailer page may take up to 72 hours for the pending period to complete.

Redeem item offer cash back by using your Sam's Club app (including Scan & Go) or Samsclub.com.
First, tap (+) next to each individual item offer to add them to Your list. Then, tap Shop next to an offer on the Sam's Club Online retailer page in the app to launch your Sam's Club app (including Scan & Go) or Sam's Club's website.
This new feature is rolling out gradually. If your shopping experience hasn't changed yet, don't worry! You'll have access to this new flow very soon.
