Connecting your loyalty account allows Ibotta to receive an electronic submission of your receipt which we automatically review for cash back.
Ibotta provides loyalty linking options for both in-store and online grocery depending on the retailer. Check to see if your favorite loyalty retailer is an Ibotta partner:

Here’s how to link your account:
If you have an existing loyalty account:
- From the retailer page, tap Link Account
- Tap Log In
- Input the requested login information and select Connect
- Review the Terms & Conditions and select I Agree
- A notification will appear showing that your account has been successfully linked
- After selecting Link Account, tap Create [Retailer] Account
- Input the requested information within the retailer's web page and select Create [Retailer] Account (some retailers may require an email confirmation to finalize your account setup, so be sure to check your email)
- Once you're back in Ibotta, enter your email address and password and tap Connect
- Review the Terms & Conditions and select I Agree
- A notification will appear showing that your account has been successfully linked
Remember, in order to redeem offers using a loyalty account, you must add (+) all offers to Your List prior to shopping, and scan your card or enter your account's phone number at check out. For in-store purchases, make sure you scan your loyalty card or enter your phone number connected to your loyalty account at checkout in order to receive cash back.
